Your doctor is reducing the tablets, its dose and to less powerful tablets like aripiprazole. Let your doctor decide how long you will be on 15 mg. Since you don't have much side effect with aripiprazole, why don't you take it till the doctor decides the maintenance dose and tablet.

Memory loss is rare with aripiprazole. Difficulty in concentration is common with adhd. This may result in difficulty in remembering things.

There is no hard and fast rule about total completion of the cycle. Nexito plus may take about 2-3 weeks to take action itself. After that adjustment of dose will be done. Even after recovery from depression, you may have to continue tablets for 3-6 months. You need to be on regular follow up with your doctor every 2-3 weeks for assessment of benefit and side effect.
