The information given is too less to suggest any modifications but I beleive that you are suffering from ocd and your repetitive thoughts are because of neurochemical imbalances at brain. If your diagnosis of ocd is correct then you can taper off and omit tab mirtazapine, aripiprazole and dulouxetine. Continue rest of treatment.

Aripiprazole is known to cause impulse control disorder and hypersexuality problems in some rare patients. My suggestion is to meet with a psychiatrist and switch to another antipsychotic medication. Thee are many alternative anti-psychotic medications available and one of them can certainly help you without any severe adverse effects.
