Do sports (at home, if you feel more confortable) but 3x 30min/week.
Eat more greens, oilseeds, fresh fruits and food rich in magnesium such as: raw spinach, fish, beans, lentils, avocados, brown rice, bananas, figs and chocolate.
If you have a pet, cuddle with it more often and take care of it. It will make you shift your focus from anxiety to something else.
Try to catch the sun everyday for 10mins.
Check your levels of vit D and B12 (adjust with supplements if needed).

Dear lybrate-user,
Please let me know what was your delusion. Any significant persons were involved in your delusion. If so, what are their opinions on you being 'normal' without any medicine. It is difficult to help or give information without a third person report.
Having said all these, you have a right to stop medicines. Many mental symptoms will not erupt in 6 months. They may erupt anytime. With aripiprazol 10 mg itself, you can proceed with your career and life progression.

Insomnia can happen due to many reasons. The most common reason is stress or illness. Temporary stress due to changes in job, relationships, death of a loved one, or moving to a new place. If you feel like it is due to medication, you should discuss it further over a call along with your complete medical history. Thanks.

Dear Lybrate user. My personal opinion is that for no psychiatrist will just renew the medical prescription for the prescribed drugs unless he/she personally sees your sister. The drugs that she is receiving are good choices for a condition like schizophrenia but you need to personally take your sister to a psychiatrist who will first assess her before prescribing it. Thank you.

Please discuss with your treating psychiatrist about other medication options such as ssri for ocd and depression which has better results and less side effects. All the best.
