Hello, there are various treatment for pigmentation marks. Like creams, chemical pees, lasers etc depending on depth. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. Consult a dermatologist.

Thank you for posting your query I understand your concern but Black spots is a large term and it could be anything from black pigmentation to spots like freckles ,DPN etc
If it black pigmentation you would require creams containing kojic acid ,Arbutin etc and a sunscreen If they turn out to be freckles DPN mole they need to be removed via radio frequency ablation Or lasers All these procedures are safe reliable and give satisfactory results Hope this helps In case of further query yo...more

There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. Laser toning using Q switch Nd Yag laser is an option but results variable. You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. Consult a dermatologist.
