You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. Consult a dermatologist.

Hello, Waxing is not good for sensitive facial skin. You can use a mild depigmentation cream containing kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow and use plenty of sunscreen three times a day. After two months we can reassess for further treatment. Laser hair removal is a safer and effective option. You may need 6-8 sittings and yearly maintenance. Cost may be 1-2 thousand per session.

You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. It need examination and personalized plan. You can consult in private with photographs.
