bp tablet once started has to be taken lifelong...u can get the dosage reduced of it i.e. half tablet daily or simpy amlodipine ,without telmisartan...there are lot of options

Dear sir, multivitamins are not scientifically proven to have any benefit. If you are a healthy person, able to take regular diet, no dietary restrictions, then you don't need these supplements. Because your diet will provide for them. Take your medicine regularly, eat healthy and do some exercises like walking or jogging, avoid stress and smoking and you will be fine.
