Tab atorvastatin (ATORLIP) 10 mg at bed time
Syp arachitol nano 60000 unit once a week for 8 weeks.
Tab cobadex Czs I tab once daily Repeat vitamin D after 2 months and lipid profile after 3 months you will get better result.
Regular walking for 1 hour also recommended.

The most accurate way to measure how much vitamin D is in your body is the 25-hydroxy vitamin D blood test. A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mL is considered adequate for healthy people. A level less than 12 ng/mL indicates vitamin D deficiency.In a vitamin D deficient person, oral 60,000 IU per week for 8 weeks followed by maintenance dose of 60,000 IU per month is a reasonably safe method to correct the deficiency.
