Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis.
1. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen).
2. The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning.

Please follow these tips:
Don't get too worried and anxious.
Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM,
Take hot water bath before going to bed.
Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night.
Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night.
Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night.
Sleep in a dark and silent room.

wash her eye with cotton swab n water. N don't put my kajal or something on eyelids. You wash your hand with dettol regularly before touching her face. Did you had any genital itching during pregnancy.
Use euphrasia officinalis 30 twice a day 3-4 gobules in mouth. You can consult back further. Homoeopathic medicine r good to children.

take rest
keep ankle elevated
apply cold pack for 20 minutes/thrice a day apply compression bandage.
Do ankle toe movement.
Take ultrasound therapy at physiotherapy clinic.
And do strengthening exercise of ankle so that injury does not reoccur.
Still pain doesn't go get it xray done and consult me via lybrate.
