Try to identify the pattern of headache.
Asthenopia is when in the end of the day one feels heaviness and eye ache. Because of constant computer work one feels gritty sensation
Both can be because of dry eyes or refractive error.
Get vision checked Use lubricating eye drops 4 times a day Content: carboxymethyl cellulose.

Get your eyes check. This type of headache is a sign of eye strain.
Take break of 5 min every hour of screen time.
Use cold eye drops for relief - 1 percent carboxymethyl cellulose. Do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment if you feel necessary.

There is no permanent remedy for dryness. If you are a non-vegetarian take a lot of fish. If you are a vegetarian take flax seeds.
Omega 3 fatty acid supplementation will help you. Go for Fish liver oil capsules or Cap Osmega 500 once daily.
Try Refresh Tears Liquigel eye drops 3-4 times at day and Panthagel eye ointment at night.

These days it is very common due to dryness resulting from overuse of smartphone , laptop etc, you should use lubricating eye drops ( Refresh liquigel eye drops)5-6 times daily & if you don't get relief , you should consult ophthmologist.

Very difficult to diagnose your problem from your history, but dryness is very common due to overuse of smartphone computer & watching TV for long time without break so try some lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day (Refresh liquigel) if you don't get relief within a week ,you consult some local experienced ophthmologist.

It do happen in some patients ,you might having some refractive error causing headache ,you should consult ophthmologist physically for refraction &if any you should use glass. You must use lubricating eye drops (refresh liquigel) daily on regular basis to avoid dryness which is very common in LASIK operated patients, with regards.
