Diet n dietary habits need to be changed. You need food with high fibre. Also need 3_5lts of liquids per day. Adequate sleep n avoid spices~biryani etc. When its stuck up, you can't remove on your own, you need help from para nedic who knoes how to physically remove with his hand. Have a surgeon opinion.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details, in which there is no mention of how is your blood glucose controlled. Sometimes if blood glucose is not wll controlled, there is a chance of loosing weight and developing signs of general weakness. The medicine mentioned (cyproheptadine) is actually an antihistamine. Appetite stumlation is a side-effect of that drug. It is not supposed to be taken for that at all. Plus it will produce fair amount of drowsiness. Thanks.
