Diet n dietary habits need to be changed. You need food with high fibre. Also need 3_5lts of liquids per day. Adequate sleep n avoid spices~biryani etc. When its stuck up, you can't remove on your own, you need help from para nedic who knoes how to physically remove with his hand. Have a surgeon opinion.

Dear Pramod,
Your uncle is lucky to get improvement with these tablets. Please follow all the tablets as prescribed so as not to lose the benefits. If you have any concerns of drug interaction or side effect, please discuss with your doctor.
At the age of 37 years, if your uncle quits smoking and has good memory, it will be useful for his quality of life in future.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details, in which there is no mention of how is your blood glucose controlled. Sometimes if blood glucose is not wll controlled, there is a chance of loosing weight and developing signs of general weakness. The medicine mentioned (cyproheptadine) is actually an antihistamine. Appetite stumlation is a side-effect of that drug. It is not supposed to be taken for that at all. Plus it will produce fair amount of drowsiness. Thanks.
