This medicine have more than one use and first you should specify for what reason are you giving..
Second thing it is very dangerous to give any medication without doctor's prescription as you might not be aware of the side effects...

No u should not take those thing,,do regular exercise,,take high protein,,do facial yoga,,take butter with bread,,take peanut butter with boiled potatoes,,this will help

You can give zincovit syp 2.5 ml once a day before food. It increase appetite.
Make a habit of eating together at least once in a day so kid will learn how to chew and take soild food.
