Sanlaz contains olanzepine. Ozapin contains the same and would be suitable.
Aripiprazole is a different medicine and I would not recommend switching to that without consulting your doctor.

You need psychological counseling and psychological autosuggestion therapy through the online process for three weeks without any medication for the removal of your psychological problems of ocd. You should know that medication has many side effects. You can contact me for this on Lybrate website or direct contact me for this on mobile. Thank you.

Weight gain can be a side effect of these drugs. Since I am an allopathy doctor, I do not know about alternative medicine. Besides, if weight gain is a concern for u, talk to the treating psychiatrist. He will weigh the benefits and risks of taking/not taking these medicines and will give you the right advice.
Even if you r going to continue these drugs, you can do necessary dietary changes to avoid weight gain
Cut down all refined and added sugars Eat nuts and seeds, lentils and legumes...more

Dear lybrate-user,
Zosert, Arzu and Voxidep are NOT known to cause weight gain.
There could be some other reason like no anxiety of obsessions, made you eat more. Or it could be, no repetitive actions of compulsions, made you burn less calories.
However please do not stop these medicines. Please try diet and exercise regime to reduce weight. You have consult the doctor and if necessary check the thyroid profile.

Sir,
my personal opinion is not to mix two pathies/ different modalities of treatment.
These are questions that you will not get a satisfying answer, its very difficult to comment from a allopathic doctor about ayurvedic medication and vice versa.
All modalities are good, please don't mix and match to see response.

There are no identified stages and please don't compare with cancer: there is no correlation between the two. The disease is not easily curable without total cooperation but it can be brought under some control and the person can become quite functional by combining medicines and therapy. You may have discovered the schizophrenia only in 2015 but it is likely you had had some symptoms earlier but it was not diagnosed and you may not have presented major symptoms, either. Because it is a psychoti...more
