Asked for female, 38 years old from Bangalore

Hi, I am 35 years old and 15 weeks pregnant. Since I had previous attack of cvt and dvt I am asked to take low molecular weight heparin daily 40mg. I am pricking the needle myself. Today when drawing the needle after piercing, I did not relaize that the blod was drwn in the needle. I just pushed the medicine inside an dlater saw that the syringe had blood in it. Is there any danger to me or my baby as the injection was upposed t be given sub cutaneous. Kindly reply as I am very worried.

No danger to baby as the drug can never reach the baby. But it will not work for you if it enters blood.

After injecting Heparin injection its better. Now doctor advice me to take acenomac 1 mg tablet for three months in d evening. My question s y acenomac s consumed at evening 6 pm. Can v consume alcohol sometimes wen taking acenomac tab.

I am trying for 2nd child and had 2 missed abortions, 1 ectopic and 1 termination (since there was no heart beat). In last 3 pregnancy, I was on low molecular heparin injection as recommended by my Gynaecologist. I have 1 daughter, she is 8. I have consulted Genetic consultant and he suggested to go for LIT Therapy after doing necessary tests and close similarities of HLA DQ similarity in the couple. I am not sure about the LIT Therapy and its consequences, so wanted to know. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Lymphocyte Immunization Therapy or LIT is a procedure whereby white blood cells from the prospective father are injected into the skin of the prospective mother to prepare the maternal immune system for pregnancy.Efficacy of LIT remains a concern of many reproductive immunologists. Based on some studies, efficacy was not demonstrated. low molecular weight heparin is a good option.

I had deep vain thrombosis and I am under medication for a little more than a year. Initially I had heparin Injections followed by acitrom followed by Warfarin. If I sit for an hour or so, I find swelling on my left leg which had DVR. Moreover my left leg skin has turned black. How can I overcome these problems? I'm 58 years with body weight of 114 kgs and height of 5 feet 10 inches.

Please get an APLA test done, in addition to the heparin you must also take ecosprin at the onset of next pregnancy. Take duphaston only after confirmed ovulation.

And told abortion takes place un explained. doctor told that .In next pregnancy to do heparin ini. My question is that in next pregnancy is it helpful? Is it success. please give me a answer. Am totally worried. Because the doctor said unexplained abortion. we also done dna test. Test was normal.

M 9 weeks pregnant I did my tvs in 8 weeks 5 days report is 8 weeks 2 days live embroy. I had two early pregnancy losses last year. M on progesterone, aspirin and also heparin injection.
