I am 30 years female and taken pcod treatment krimson 35 for 3 months. This month I am under pregnancy plan took femara for 5 days from cd 3 to cd7. And triggershot on 8th dis month. Again I have scan on 10th this month and doctor told me to have sex this week and stop. No more injections is required. My husband has 52 million sperms and 40% motility. He is using cq active and clomifene citrate tablets from one month. Is there any chances of natural pregnancy.

Yes I know but my doctor give me just primolut n for 2 months and then wait for one month. after that if I didn't conceive then she'll give me ovulation induction medicine. But I don't want to wait another 3 months so can I take ovulation med alongside primolut n? If yes then on which days I have to start taking them? Like I started primolut n on 5th days of menstrual cycle and continue it for 21 days. Then stop and wait for periods. Then again I have to start primolut n on 5th day of cycle. Here femara is a known medicine as ovulation induction can I take it with primolut n?

Both medicines can't be combined. Ovulation induction medicine will not take effect if you are already taking primolut.
Don't tale primolut, meet your doctor and take full course of ovulation medicines + injections.

Hi Lybrate-user, letrozole is an ovulation induction drug which stimulates your ovaries to produce eggs so that you could conceive. When this is combined with follicular scans and timed intercourse, your chances of conception is increased.

If your follicle suze is more than 18 mm then you will be advised hcg injection and planned relations.

Hello,
If you are planning for pregnancy this cycle then these meds can be taken under ovulation protocol, however if pregnancy is not a concern then i feel you should be treated for PCOD first.

You had conceived once after tuboplasty so of course you can concieve again as atleast one tube is patent.

Yea you take the tablets prescribed and also do follicular monitoring which will be more precise. When your tests are ok hope it is tubal test and husbands semen analysis as well.
