Valium may provide you with temporary relief from your anxiety but it's prolong use may lead to dependence. If it grief is so prolonged and you still feel need of valium, it cud be untreated depression. You need to consult a psychiatrist who can manage your condition.

These are not sleep-aid basically these are antihistaminic. Diazepam clonazepam ativan are the ideal sleep-aid.
