Hi,
Take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest Take. Madiphala Rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.

The following 25(OH)D blood serum levels are now generally accepted –
Blood levels below 20 ng/ml or 50 nmol/L constitute a serious deficiency
Blood levels above 32 ng/ml or 80 nmol/L is the lowest optimal level. Below this is now considered deficient.
Blood levels of 40 ng/ml – 50 ng/ml or 100 nmol/L – 125 nmol/L is considered a safe optimum level
You can take VIt D supplements and reduce fat , do exercises

Need to see pbs (peripheral blood smear) report, also blood counts. Here in this report mcv is low. This may be due to iron deficiency anemia. Need to do further investigations to confirm like total blood counts, hb%, tibc, serum ferritin. No need to worry just do the investigations to confirm diagnosis. Hope it helps.

platelet count low. Every alternate day you need to go for platelet count. If it's upto 45 ,000 you can stay home with absolute bedrest.
Treatment
gudcef cv 200 two times a day after food for five days or till fever persist
calpol 650 four times a day after food.
Montek lc one at night for five days or more.
Pan d one in empty stomach for seven days.
Platiza tab three times a day after food for five days. (papaya base) to increase platelet.
