The most effective solution for dealing with anxiety for me personally was waking up early. I am not a morning person but once I tried this, I was surprised how good this made me feel. For stomach problems do this
1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

you are already on 80 mg fluoxetine. There is no need for buproprion. Sometimes excessoive dosage can lead to switch to mania. Better go for some relaxation exercises and activity scheduling. Thanks.

They all have essentially similar action and shouldn’t be taken all together.
