Dear Sir Long term use of alprazolam cam make you dependent on it and you will need to take increasing dose to get the same effect. It can affect your mood, lead to irritability, mood swings, depression, loss of appetite, feeling drowsy all the time, decrease in concentration, memory issues, suddenly stopping the medication can cause increased anxiety, sleep problems and seizures. The most effective solution for dealing with anxiety for me personally was waking up early. I am not a morning person but once I tried this, I was surprised how good this made me feel. It helped me find peace and calm myself down. Having so much time in my hand I could do small things that made me happy and I felt a sense of accomplishment just by waking up early. I feel the most anxious during the night- so sleeping early really helped me tackle it to a great extent.

For stomach problems do this
1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of p...more
