Hello. Don't take sleeping pills. Simple lifestyle tips that can help you are:
1. Eat healthy dinner before 8 pm
2. Take 1 cup of hot milk (Buffalo) an hour before going to bed.

it's not an illicit drug which you are taking, I believe you have a valid prescription for same. I wonder why would anybody take fluoxetine and fluvoxamine silultaneously as they both are of same class and work in same way, so why do not you take only one at an appropriate dose.
