Hi every time when I get periods I will get severe stomach pain so during that time I will have meftal spas, one tablet for one time period means every month one tablet when I feel severe pain so does it effect my health? Or does it good to use in this way?

You have dysmenorrhoea and almost all women get the pain during periods. You are taking the correct pill meftal spas and can take it every month and will not cause any damage.

Upto 70 percent chance it will pass. No need to take oflox if you are not having fever. Drink 3-4 lit water daily. You can wait till 3 weeks if not having severe pain or fever, if it does not pass then you may require ct scan and further appropriate management.

There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them.

Sir Presently i am taking EPTOIN 100MG*3=300MG after meal before sleeping.But due to the medicine my taste is very bad. I don't like anything to eat. Previously i was taking (LEVIFOL 500MG) morning & eveing daily for a week but my taste buds were even worse and i was not able to sit at a place. i used to feel like going out of home but after having eptoin my situation was better. my question to you is that my docter has adviced me again to take levifol500mg so according to you which medicine should i take keeping my situation in mind. I am 52 years old and had blood pressure problem. In 2010 blood sugar was detected fasting 150 & post fasting 225. Glucoman 500g. I took it for more than 2 years and sugar was under control. But for last 9 month I was erratic as the med was not available in lagos nigeria. About a fortnight back my sugar was high fasting 320 and post fasting 452. Now my doc prescribed me janumet 50mg/1000mg twice a day. The sugar has come down to fasting 150 and post fasting 275. Moreover the bp has also come down 75/130. Can you suggest what to do.
