Move the person beyond striking distance of the snake.
Have the person lie down with wound below the heart.

Hello, please use a mild cleanser like Cetaphil or Moiz as facewash twice a day and mild soap like Pears or Dove for short bath with lukewarm and not hot water. Apply Elovera or Venusia moisturiser immediately after bath and in evening. Use Cotaryl or Moisturex moisturiser for cracked feet twice a day.

The only definitive treatment is to get the patient to the nearest emergency for asv which which is available. Do not give the patient any alcohol but reassure the patient that they will be fine. Try to identify the snake or kill it and take it along so after identification of the snake, proper treatment can be given regarding the action of the toxin.
