In rh incompatibility couple if no injection for same is taken after abortion or delivery small extra chance of problem but it is small chance and nothing to do now except test of antibodies- rh now.

If anti d injection was not given within 48 hours of previous delivery or miscarriage, future pregnancies do carry a risk of miscarriage. If woman gets pregnant, she should be monitored through indirect coombs test. If husband is rh negative there's no risk of a miscarriage.
