No. Cut a large lemon in half. Squeeze out some of the juice from both halves so that you have two hollow halves or "cups. Apply this on joint. You can rub away any excess pulp, but don't wash area for about 3 hours. Wash off the lemon juice with some warm water. Repeat this every day until the dark skin begins to fade.

You should not take glutathione without supervising doctor. When you visit doctor he/she can advice after your examination, health history, family history etc. Doctor will advice dose, repeatation, mode of treatment etc. Standard dose is 20-40 mg/ kg. But take it under supervising doctor. Consult a good doctor. You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance.

First of all let me tell you, only this cream will not work. Along with this, take one vitamin e capsule at night and use as a face wash.
You will get some results, but it is better to get treatment under the supervision of a dermatologist, if necessary you can get treatment online with us.

Glutathione is a depigmenting agent available in tablets, creams as well as injection forms. It is used to treat diffuse pigmentation of the skin. Mild skin pigmentation aroun the mouth doesn't warrant glutathione injection. Depigmenting creams containg kojic acid would help. You can contact your local dermatologist for a proper prescription.
