Hello! If the bleeding is very severe take Inj Tranexa 1 g right away. If not Tab Trapic with ethamsylate 2 tablets three times a day is the maximum dose. You can take upto 5 days and slowly taper and decrease the dose as per your bleeding. Do check your hemoglobin levels if this is happening constantly and make sure you do not have any contraindications to taking trapic that is conditions which increase risk of clotting. Hey lybrate-user, the treatment taken by you is absolutely correct. Only additions needed are- sunscreen every 3 hours as sun plays a major role in melasma, add a multivitamin + antioxidant and go for chemical peels for melasma every 15-20 days for 4-6 sessions or more if needed.
