Hi lybrate-user, please stop the ointment which is having steroid (methadone) in it. It is not advisable. For piles, you need to take care of your constipation and straining. Point sucral ano twice daily is often helpful. Also to sit in warm water and take a laxative. But most importantly, please visit a surgeon nearby to confirm your diagnosis, not any other disease.

I know it os hard time but make changes in food habits. Take a lot of liquids and vegetables and completely avoid junks. It's pregnancy induced hemorrhoids which will be relieved after delivery. You have 1-2 weeks after that you ll be fine once delivered. Surgery is the only cure and it is not advisable because you are 36 weeks.

Try to avoid constipation and straining. Take water, fruits and fibres. Hot sitz bath is quite helpful. Ointment is good, but to be applied before going to toilet. Banding is an easy procedure for internal haemorrhoid.

No, not at all. It has nothing to do with curing scabies. As scabies is a mite infestation & steroids don't kill mites.

I understood your problem but don't exactly know how to help you out. Prescription can be obtained from a surgeon after proper consultation but regarding sending it to canada, I think it's something that has to be managed by yourself. Also, annovate is a steroid ointment and I feel it's prolonged use should be avoided. Try to consult a local surgeon or gp if you're going to be in canada for a longer time.

Do not use anovate for long time, first of all you need to be examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, if it is a fissure then keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs daily, use ointment lox anally before defecation and ointment nitrogesic anally qid for 6 months, proper treatment follows according to examination.
