I know it os hard time but make changes in food habits. Take a lot of liquids and vegetables and completely avoid junks. It's pregnancy induced hemorrhoids which will be relieved after delivery. I understood your problem but don't exactly know how to help you out. Prescription can be obtained from a surgeon after proper consultation but regarding sending it to canada, I think it's something that has to be managed by yourself. Also, annovate is a steroid ointment and I feel it's prolonged use should be avoided. Try to consult a local surgeon or gp if you're going to be in canada for a longer time.

Do not use anovate for long time, first of all you need to be examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, if it is a fissure then keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs daily, use ointment lox anally before defecation and ointment nitrogesic anally qid for 6 months, proper treatment follows according to examination.
