Sumo tablet should be taken with food to prevent stomach upset. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Take the same amount of dose advised by your doctor and do not use it for a longer period than recommended by the doctor. Also avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine.

No you need not take anything before vaccination. In case after vaccination you feel pain or body ache you can take any Paracetamol 650mg tablet like Crocin 650, Calpol 650, Dolo 650 etc. Crocin 650 is definitely a good Option because it releases paracetamol faster in blood which will give fast relief

Mr. Lybrate-user, dolo 650 is paracetamol 650 mg. Paracetamol has antipyretic action lasting up to about 6 hours. So it needs to be taken 4 times a day. One can take up to 4 g a day, as an upper limit. But usually that is not required or even recommended. Fever usually lasts 3 to 4 days or some times even longer depending upon the cause.
