You can. The point is why would you want to give medicine for cold. Cold is a viral infection which will go away on it’s own. Allow your child’s immunity to fight it. It will improve her resistance to such common infections. Use medication only if she is in genuine discomfort or developed a fever.

I-Kul plus contaions Phenylephrine which must not be used for very long periods. Continued use of any eye drops without indication is harmful as the preservatives used can also cause harm.
I would not suggest using this for prolonged periods.

Try using plain coconut oil. Also start applying a good moisturising lotion such as Venusia Max twice a day. If the problem still does not improve then you should get yourself checked by a dermatologist to rule out any underlying wkin disease.
