I have infection one month before and have taken cefuroxime, uriliser, urispas till now sometimes I feel pain in my lower abdomen and back and now I am not taking any medicine. This month I missed my period so I am worried did it was because of uti or something else. Please provide me some medicine to get cure, hope ot will cure me fast.

I am 19 years old female. I have frequent urination, sometimes irritation while urinating and urine retention. I had urinary tract infection a week ago and was consuming neeri syrup, meftal spas, pan d and zefu which was prescribed by the doctor. I had got my urine test done on 20th april which states: urine rbc 3-4, pus cells 10-12, urine glucose negative, blood trace, urine protein 1+, leukocytes 1+. This urine problem has started again after a week of stopping the medication. I have started consuming neeri again but only once a day. I am having sufficient amount of water. Since 2 days in morning I wake up due to urgent need to urinate and that urination is a bit uneasy and doesn't feel like bladder is completely empty also pressured bladder feeling after urination. Otherwise throughout the day it is normal but frequent urination. Can you suggest some medication? Should I continue neeri twice or thrice a day?

Loosing some extra kilos also part of it. Ask your docor to look for any missing factors like kidney problem or painkiller use etc.

I had misabortion last aug. 3 and D&C done for me. Aside from that they found out submucosa fibroid which measured 6.5 cm my OB prescribed me duphaston 10 mg bid for 21 days because I have continues bleeding after my D&C til now. What shall I do now?

You should get hysteroscopic myomectomy ,6.5 cm submucosal fibroid may cause problems in further pregnancies, get it removed hysteroscopically.
