Hello I am 26 years old. Its been almost six years to my marriage but not pregnant. I has a pregnancy before just after three months of marriage but had a miscarriage at 7 weeks since then I have not got pregnant. I got my tubes test both are open and this time also my laparoscopy done which also suggested was normal but had little cyst may be which the doctor claims to have destroyed during the procedure. Now I am taking clomid 50 mg three times a day and menogon 150 injections on three alternative days of my cycle but still no success I am very disheartened what should I do. My periods have also gone irregular after this treatment last time they were 8 days late and this time I had very light bleeding. please do answer.

Don't get disheartened.
I would like to convey about 30% cases of infertility are due to unexplained reasons and your case seems to be one of that (unexplained infertility) I would suggest you that in these cases rather than wasting time on different modes of treatment, the best way will be to opt for ivf. I am posting the nice recommendations:
1) do not offer oral ovarian stimulation agents (such as clomifene citrate, anastrozole or letrozole) to women with unexplained infertility. 2) offer ivf treatment to women with unexplained infertility who have not conceived after 2 years of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. 3) for people with unexplained infertility:
â¢ do not routinely offer intrauterine insemination, either with or without ovarian stimulation â¢ advise them to try to conceive for a total of 2 years.
