It takes atleast 3-6 months for the hormonal therapy to show effect.
If it is growing rapidly show it to your doctor. Why was altraz started and not surgery?
Was the disease spread?
Why is surgery not done upfront?

Don't get disheartened.
I would like to convey about 30% cases of infertility are due to unexplained reasons and your case seems to be one of that (unexplained infertility) I would suggest you that in these cases rather than wasting time on different modes of treatment, the best way will be to opt for ivf.
