Yes, you can still enjoy a mug of coffee every now and then during your pregnancy. Just make sure that you don't have limited caffeine in a day. That's two mugs of instant coffee or one mug of brewed coffee at the max. If you regularly have more caffeine a day while you're pregnant, you'll have a higher risk of miscarriage or having a baby with a low birth weight. Babies born with a low birth weight are at increased risk of health problems when they get older.

It is not healthy to stay all night before the exam wnsd you will be tired while giving the exam . All need a good night's sleep to refresh and remember what you have studied and fare well in the exam

Drinking warm water with lemon juice .is a good option. Have detox water in which. Put mint leave ginger cinnamon stick n lemon slice add hot water n let it settle for few mins .then drink it .it is v helpful in detoxification of body. Have less of coffee n tea .it will take time to reduce the intake but it's beneficial in long run. Stay healthy .drink wisely.
