My first and foremost advice to you is take plenty of sleep daily. Dark circles could be genetic but they are mostly due to lifestyle and diet disorder. If you work on the screen for a long time, then keep taking breaks in between and splash cold water on eyes 3 times a day. Secondly, include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables especially the source of vitamin c in your diet. Apply kojic acid based cream only at night and apply sunscreen in the morning.

No need to worry if you have your earlier cycles normal. Just wait for some more time. Sometimes it happens due to hormonal changes.

Hi candida is usually present in mouth in many people as a commensal organism.
But if you were having an infection then only you require treatment.
If you were having no symptoms then you don't even need to take any medicines.
