Drug allergy test result of my daughter Roja S. Rajan, age 20, Drug allergy test done at PRS hospital, Trivandrum. Piroxicam, Ketorolac, Diclofenac, ciprofloxacin, Benzyl Pensullin, Ampicillin these are allergic and Cefotaxin, ceftriaxone, paracetamol are doubtful allergic. Please any treatment for this drug allergy condition.

If we come to know that your daughter is allergic to these drugs than we should not administer those drugs for life time and if any allergic symptoms are present than we can give tablet cetrizine just to decrease the symptoms

Ive been coughing for the last 2wks and I got treated first with azithromycin and it subsided. The same condition relapsed again and went to consult a physician who ordered for cbc test. The lab results were excellent. I was given ampicillin glauvenate and light m. As am writing now, am coughing terribly and my ribs have become painful because of non productive cough. Ive seen traces of blood in my sputum twice. Pliz advise.

My father is 73 years old, has pacemaker implanted, suffers from hypertension, takes medicine Telma 40. Recently,on two occasion he got sick, felt redness ,not able to walk, while on road and on checking ,BP was found as low as 87/46 etc. Further checking in home for two days revealed that in the morning his BP remains low like ,99/70 and in night like 169/99. Recently he got a wound and for that he had to take tedvac and medicines like cefixime 200+,Linezolid600, Chy moral forte, bifilac,amoxicillin and cloxacillin 625 etc as per advice of two different doctors. Now ,What may be the reason behind such BP fluctuation and what should be the treatment?

Change dose to 20 mg twice daily. Measure BP only after patient has rested for 10 minutes. Skip evening dose occasionally when patient having fever or upset stomach.

I am 20 years old. My skin is oily. I took a acne treatment for 3-4 months which included| adapalene 0.1% benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel‚ | vit e & cod liver softgel capsules| and |amoxicillin cloxacillin lactic acid bacillus capsules|.now I don't take these anymore because my skin cleared up. But now I started having mild acne again. And that adapalene zitvin duo gel don't work anymore on my skin like it used to give a burning sensation and skin peeling it was life saviour. Can you suggest me any other cream like that please and also should I take those other tablets with it still or not.

I am extra pulmonary tb patient. Its been 9 months since treatment. I developed a boil due to which I got swelling in sternocleidomastoid muscle due to puss. So doctor prescribed me cloxacillin 500 and diclofenac 50 mg three times a day. I was fine for 10 days eating the medicines. Last night I ate the dose, I suddenly felt like vomit and chest pain. It lowered down in couple of minutes. I slept. When I woke up in the morning I felt a little bit of vomit feeling. There is no chest pain now. I tried eno but that jst had a little bit effect. I can still feel like vomit. Please suggest what to do. Its location and nearby clinics are closed.

Hello, I am marin and I am 25 years old male. I am 172 cm and 98 kgs. I got throat pain and fever and my gp prescribed me antibiotic called medoclav (amoxicillin + clavulanic acid). My dose was 3 times daily 1 pill, which is 125 mgs. When I started using it I got diarrhea and on the second day I started probiotic line forte (lactobacillus and bifidobacterium). On the 3rd day I felt better, but then I started feeling pain in my whole belly especially when I press it ot move and also I am feeling pain in my waist and little pain in my testicles. Could the reason be my treatment with the antibiotic and the probiotic or its something totally different? What can be this and what should I do? List of my medication: medoclav (amoxicillin + clavulanic acid) - 3 x 125 mg flavamed (ambroxol hydrochloride) - 3 x 15 mg olint (xylometazoline hydrochloride) 3 times daily ansibell (chlorhexidine dihydrochloride / benzocaine / enoxolone) 5 mg / 4 mg / 3 mg compressed lozenges vitamin c 2 x 500 mg line forte (lactobacillus and bifidobacterium)

I got burnt today with my bike hot silencer, in my leg lower part. The size of my wound is approx 3 inches. About 1 inch of the wound, skin is removed totally and became white from which puss and blood comes out occasionally. The rest of 2 inches of wound, the skin has became dark brown in color. I cleaned the wound with betadine solution and applying silver sulphadiazine cream. And I am taking ampoxin 500 zerodial sp medicines bd my friend recommended the above on a telephonic conversation. Please recommend and help is the procedure correct and how much time will it take to heal completely.

Continue the medicines for one week total, keep area clean, do fresh dressing daily, it will take two weeks to heal, danger of infection if you stop antibiotics.

I have recently went to a surgeon for medical checkup of the my testicle. He told me that i'm having hydrocele (minor) in one testicle. He has given me some medicines for five days -- olficef 10 tab, ampoxin 15 tab, dolostat-sp 15 tab and hetrazan 15 tab. Moreover he told me that there is some water which get filled in that particular testicle and it may require a surgery even to drain that water. What should I do now? Should I go for the surgery or should take medicines first? Will it get cured itself without surgery? Is it life threatening if not treated?

As you are having a small hydrocele, it may resolve with medication. hetrazen ( you are taking already) to be continues thrice daily for 3 weeks. also, any infection is to be taken care of. scrotal support is often helpful.

Hi, My last period started on 25th dec. My doc advised me for hsg test. I did hsg on 3rd january that is on 10th day of my cycle, from the day of hsg, I took azithromycin 500 mg for 4 days. Later in this month I got vaginal yeast infection, so my doc gave me 7 days vaginal suppositories along with other medicines like itchy n lactobacillus capsule.(15-21st jan). After completing 7 day course my doc gave another 3 day (25-26-27 jan) course of vaginal suppositories along with itraconazole n lactobacillus. I am also having inflation in my TMJ so an anti-inflammatory zulup is continue twice a day since a month. I am also taking folic acid 5 mg everyday since long. I was not in contact with my husband this month. My periods have not come till today 28 jan. What could be the reason? Is it because of the medicines or hsg test? Will all these medicines have any side effect if I try for a baby after my periods?
