Respiratory tract infection should not be taken lightly in children who may not manifest fever. Get a pediatrician opinion. Till then keep the child warm, give plenty of fluid, rest and paracetamol if fever. Antibiotics like amoxycillin can be tried.

Pimples around vagina are not infrequent and are not related to sexual activity. If there is pus discharge then you can remove the pus by looking into mirror and take amoxycillin for 5 days along with pain killer. If there is no pus and only pain then pain killers are sufficient till pus forms there.

Sever congestion in the chest due to cough is responsible for difficulty in breathing and pain in chest. You continue with Amoxycillin tablets and complete the course. Along with it, take regular steam inhalation. Atleast 3 to 4 times a day.

Do warm saline gargles .continue with maxtra .if he does not improve and still has fever after 5 days. Add an antibiotic like cifixime or amoxycillin. Please have patience.
If symptoms aggravate see your paediatrician again. Viral illness takes time to resolve.

Yes they are relatively safe because we need to take them just for a short course.
However amoxycillin or cephlexin are better.
