Sometimes due to harmonal change in the body during menstruation female feels pain in the gums of all the teeth using amox and aceclo will not help during this time try using topical ointment rexidine m gel massage over gums for a minute and rinse mouth with plain water you can do salt warm water rinses during this time will help to relieve pain.

Dust can cause allergy but smoke is irritant.Your airways appear hyperresposive.It is better to use telekast f instead of sinarist as it containe both antiallergic and antiinflamatory.Every one brings out small phelm early morning and three/five/day which a normal protective phenomenon .Our lungs have the capacity to bring mucus and dust inhaled during day to bring upto throat by mucocilliary mechanism and after that one have to cough out it fron throat.

Get allergy skin prick/phadiatop adult screenig done. If allergen are triger,start immunotherapy.Can try intranasal steroid during jan -march. As problem is seasonal,trigers being allergens are very high.
