hello lybrate user, circular eruption with itching on skin is tinea corporis(ring worm). Hello Mr. lybrate-user if your sister is suffering from eczema or sebborheic dermatitits, sebopsoriasis, a type of eczema in the ear area it is better to consult with a dermatologist as they would provide you the best possible solution.
