There is tendency for temporary weakness when BP is treated effectively. Weakness should normalize soon. You have amlodipine in both your combination pills. Not a problem but your Dr. should make note of same. Do not change to olmi 20 + H at present. Olmisartan is similar to coversyl. I will be too strong when combined with other medicines.

None of the Allopathic meds are good for body in any duration of the time though for palliative it works good making more harm later on.
