Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
High BP if present needs to be treated with appropriate medications. Excess sweating is unconnected with it. One can use some medications which may be beneficial. But mostly it does not go away. There is hardly any treatment. Thanks.

Raised blood pressure is not a disease in itself. It is just a sign of some underlying disorder. Homeopathy offers good prognosis for cases of essential hypertension. The treatment is based upon the cause and the totality of the case.

Take salt restricted diet. Fried salt restriction should be 1800 mg-2750 mg per day. Do not take added salt because most of your vegetables contain sodium already in it. Avoid mustard oil completely. Take sunflower or rice bran oil daily. Avoid red meat and big fishes completely.

If bp is controlled, don't change medicines if not, betablockers group is safer as it protects the heart and brain from attack due to blocks in blood vessels besides medicines, reduce her salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water don't force any exercises. Simple walks are safest so is yoga and meditation.
