Dear lybrate-user. You need to evaluate why your legs are swelling before you can change or add any medication.
Do not take any new medicines without doctors recommendations.
Regards.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. When a person takes good healthy diet and does regular exercises there is hardly any need for external vitamin and mineral supplements. However, if still some one wants to take then there are many options available like Welwoman and welman capsules and many more. Thanks.

How is your swelling now? You already are on full dose of 3 different groups of medicines. If your bp is still not controlled with this then you need some workup for resistant hypertension and to see for end organ damage. Get kft, electrolytes, usg abdomen, ecg, echo and tsh done and follow up with reports.

Weight reduction can not be done over night.
You have to take it as a way of life.
Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets
take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal.
You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises.
Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises
it may have to be further investigated
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
