Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details, your blood glucose appears to be very well controlled. WHether to stop the treatment is difficult to say. At the most you might try for a few weeks or a few days, by stopping the treatment. Then check blood glucose again, that will give a clear idea. Thanks.

Eat a healthy diet. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 11 mm Hg if you have high blood pressure. This eating plan is known as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension diet.

If daily bp check available
then I can adjust dose.
Telmisartan is a better drug
but drug currently used is also good.
So no issues if you want to continue it.
