Hypertension at your age i.e 33 is not expected. You need a thorough evaluation to look for any secondary causes of hypertension at such young age like hypothyroidism, sleep apnoea, renal disorders.

If you have problem in your legs then it might be due to ligament laxity where your legs would become very weak due to the old ligament injury and that should be treated immediately. You probably don't need ecospirin, though it is widely prescribed, and very popular with public. Antihypertensive medicines take a long time to have full effect, so unless you have taken them for few months, don't keep adding more.
