Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. When a person takes good healthy diet and does regular exercises there is hardly any need for external vitamin and mineral supplements. However, if still some one wants to take then there are many options available like Welwoman and welman capsules and many more. Thanks.

Sometimes Diabetes itself or Diabetes control medicine like Metformin is cause of constipation . You should talk about this to your Diabetitian . Although this medicine is very effective and safe. You should take General Measures like plenty of liquid, high fibre diet like green leafy vegetables , selected high fibre seasonal fruits. daily exercise like walking Bulk forming medication like Naturaolax SF OR Sat Isabgul intermittently or creamaffin plus as lubricant

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
It is clear that current treatment is inadequate, needs to be updated. Ideally FBG should be <100 mg & PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. As regards BP, it should be 120 to 130 /70 to 80 mm Hg. So please see that you are able to achieve these targets.
As regards other two practices you may try, but unfortunately to control diabetes best option id modern drugs plus diet control and regular exercise. Thanks.
