Deer Pankaj,
Lorazepam addiction also needs treatment along with your depression. Though you have mentioned the tablets name, you have not mentioned the maximum dose tried and the duration of each tablet taken. These medicines are addictive and cause adverse side effects. Avoid sleep during daytime. Have early and light dinner so that the food is digested before you go to bed. Dear lybrate-user,
It is good that you find relief with amitriptyline for IBS. I don't know the dose that you are taking. If you increase the dose to 75 mg or more, the same drug will give relief from anxiety and depression also. You may experience some side effects, but you will tolerate them in due course with improvement of quality of life.

- have you been diagnosed with ocd? In that case you will benefit by ssri medication. I see that you are already on fluoxetine which will be helpful. Dose needs to be adjusted according to response.
- why was amitriptyline prescribed? Discuss with your doctor to see whether it can be stopped gradually
