Yes, digene is safe in pregnancy but take one tablet (gel is good) on the other hand you should take sufficient amount of water (3-3.5 ltrs) & avoid spicy & chilly foods .keep your month clean by 2 times teeth brush morning & bedtime & gargling with warm water after each meal. Most importantly take little bit of water before and after meal but take after half an hour.
