Hip flexor stretch - this exercise stretches the iliopsoas muscle and rectus remoris. Place one knee on the floor and the other foot out in front with the knee bent. Be careful to use on a mat or padding under the painful knee so at not to aggravate the injury. Push your hips forwards and keep your back upright. First you need to talk to your doctor about this cocktail of medications. If you are feeling nervous, it may be due to side effects of wakelert tablet which contains armodafinil as parent drug. In my view, petril beta at night is also not very useful, unless you have night time panic attacks plus d venizep & petril beta both contain clonazepam, which may be causing the daytime sedation to you, and for which you are taking armodafinil, to feel fresh. Also, why are you taking amipride? For what sy...more

Dear lybrate-user,
You can take generic amisulpride instead of aride sr. I don't know anything about mentat. Please take an appropriate dose of amisulpride that is comfortable for your work and earning capacity. Please report it to your doctor when you visit next. Find out other reasons for less interest in work and daily activities and correct them.

If you have been stabilized with amisulpiride and sizopin , its better to continue the same treatment. if you have any side effects or if there is no improvement, then only you think of changing the medication. As such paliperidone has no serious side effects but can cause stiffness of muscles and shaking in some pts.

Dear Sriram,
It looks as though your doctor was finding it difficult to manage schizophrenia symptoms in you. That is why so many tablets given to you.
Just for the difficulty in passing stool in the morning, you need not stop amisulpride. It can be managed by increasing water intake, lot of fiber rich food or a laxative tablet.

yes amisulpride is the drug of choice for negative symptoms, but it may not act for many also.In that case it has to be judiciously used with other medications and attempted to bring the negative symptoms under control.

Hello-
An equivocal HSV test means that the antibody test did not produce a clear positive or negative result. It means that the test is not conclusive and you have to repeat the test after some time for correct results. HSV is curable but only by Ayurveda treatment. Modern medicines can reduce the viral load but it can lead to recurrence in future.
