Soltus and Sulpitac are the same medicine manufactured by different companies, the indication for which it is being tken is right but she has to be evaluated fully and then medicine has to be initiated, if you feel it is working you may continue but still to be evaluated and followed up by a psychiatrist.

Schizophrenia and depression-
You have to be on drugs as long as your psychiatrist advise for it.
You should stick to your psychiatrists rescription, dosage and schedule.
Antipsychotics are very specific drugs. You should continue or stop them only on doctors advice.

There might be some limitations in schizophrenia depending on individuals. There are also people who function very well. Discuss your specific doubts with your treating psychiatrist. I am sure they will be able to help you. Good luck.

If the antipsychotic medicines are cause of increased prolactin then is it right to add more medicines? The new medicines will create more new issues.
Instead find a solution which can solve both the issues.
I suggest taking homoeopathic treatment.
