My psychiatrist has put me on nexito 20 mg 1-0-0 for depression/anxiety. There is relief, but there will be dullness in the evenings and it gets carried over to the next morning. I was put on trazolon 50 mg 0-0-1 before, when I was taking venlafaxine. I have a clarification here, let us say, a second opinion and just as for information sake. Ie are nexito and trazolon compatible with each other or are they contraindicated? Also, I am taking amisulpride 200 mg 1-0-1 and sizopin 50 mg 0-0-1 for schizophrenia. Are these drugs viz amisulpride, sizopin and nexito compatible to trazolon 50 mg or are they contraindicated? Please confirm.

If you feel more sleepy then you can omit tab. Trazodone and continue rest drugs.

Can alcohol induce psychosis sir so recently I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder so my doctor prescribed me lithium 1200 mg sertraline 100 mg risperidone 2 mg and lorazepam 2 mg I never had psychotic symptoms before but in august 2019 I took alcohol from next day I had psychotic symptoms like hearing voices and and had thoughts like some one is spying on me and someone mixed poison in my tea after that my doctor prescribed me amisulpride currently if we are talking about anti psychotics i'm on risperidone and amisulpride im little bit ok now but is that drug induced psychosis or am I schizoaffective person.

I'm a student. I'm preparing for neet pg competitive exam. But i'm taking medications for my depression that I was suffering from. I'm taking medicines for more than a year. I'm taking amisulpride, escitalopram and clonazepam, nortriptyline, desvenlafaxine, lithium carbonate. But i'm sleeping too much due to these medicines. I sleep for more than 12 hours a day. Even after waking, I feel drowsy. I'm not able to get time for study. So i'm feeling so insecure about my exam. Pls help. Is there any solution of this problem? If I try to avoid amisulpride, then I get symptoms again. Pls help.

Hello Doctor. I recently got herpes on my stomach. So doctor advised me to take some tablets like aciclovir ,zovirax .etc. And even he gave injection . In 7 days bubbles on my stomach got dis appeared and I'm alright Now. What may be the cause for me to get herpes ? I want to know how herpes is caused . And recently I tried to have sex with my cousin .but I did not penetrate my penis in her vagina .only I touched her outer part of vagina from my penis. And I kissed her a lot. And I performed oral sex on her . I inserted my penis in her mouth .and cummed in her mouth .is that the reason for me to get herpes ? Or is there any other reason .please help doctor .

Since you have herpes infection on your stomach, it could not be because of oral sex/kissing etc. It is a virus infection and could be because of some thing else.

I am 21 years old and have i am afraid I might have herpes. Dec 20 I got a small cut at the end of my vagina and nothing else. It was hurting. And for next two days I did not have any other sore. Dec 23 you got more open sores in my vagina and they did not seem to have any fluid. Dec 14 I went to Dr. and she prescribed me antibiotics. It did not do any good and more sores came the next day. And again more the next day. Dec 26 I consulted another Dr. She said it might be herpes and gave me zovirax. I also have smelly vaginal discharge and painful urination all along. My cbc blood report was normal and urine report shows that I have blood and wbc in my urine. Me and my boyfriend both of us have never had sex with anyone else. We have been together for 2 yrs. And he does not have herpes. What are the chances for not having herpes? I am very frightened regarding this. Please help.

Hello, back in the end of 2018 I had herpes labialis where I faced with mouth infection and sores on lips after which doctors provided a antiviral drug something called as zovirax 200 mg 5 times a day, with vitamin capsule becosules, though it certainly went out but in the year 2019 and even in this year very less frequently the blisters on lips still occurs, how to get rid of that completely? And even from the last few months or so I am having mouth ulcers frequently like 3 to 4 times in a month at the max. What is the reason behind that? How to eliminate or curb the rate of ulcers? Please provide suggestions and the reason behind this.
