Amikacin Sulphate 500 MG Injection Health Feed

I used to met sex with outsiders, I wore double condoms and taken very safety precautions. But, when ever I met for sex, first shot I ejaculate withing 5-10 seconds and 2nd shot 2-3 mins. I met a urologist, he suggested me semen culture and hormonal test. MY right testis had little swelling also. I am attaching docs here. He prescribed paroxetine 10 mg, tadalafil 10 mg for 3 months. And DOXT SL capsules for 20 days. After the semen culture report, he suggested me amikacin 500 mg for 5 days. MY question is that the PME is caused due to this semen infection/? How to over come PME? Pls guide me.

PME donit have a clear cause. It is mostly psychological. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. Avoid alcohol and smoking.

I had urine infection for an entire month during our fasting month RAMZAN. I tried treating it a lot and visited many doctors. and then I came across this doctor who gave me suggestion of urine culture so that he came to know the antibiotics I am susceptible too. Later I did an antibiotic course of AUGMENTIN DUO 250 for 14 days which did not work. Later I had to get a cannula and started the injections of AMIKACIN 500 mg twice a day . And its fourth day today. And I feel too weak and get headaches also fever sometimes. Not very high fever yes but a mild fever for some time. Now can anybody please suggest me what am I supposed to do? Because I am seriously very tired of medicines and visiting doctors. I still have cannula on my hand so it would be helpful if you guide me with your expertise.

My question is to ayurvedic specialist. I am 28 years old female, I delivered baby girl on May 3rd 2018. It was vaccum delivery with episiotomy. They gave augmentin after 5 days of delivery. On May 7th I had severe constipation and they gave enema on 4th day. On May 8th my episiotomy got infected and pus started coming out of it. So they gave me linezolid, cefixin and 5 days amikacin. Till now my episiotomy is not healed completely, it's been 26 days now. I would like to know how long it can take to heal and if I Can take post delivery ayurvedic medicine.

Tips- Make sure to clean the wound with normal saline solution after going to washroom and not to apply any ointment or soap and medication needs to be prescribed after clinical examination.

Urine culture report observed occasional pus cells many gram negative bacilli, occasional gram positive cocci in pairs and scattered seen. Organisms isolated is escherichia coli and the colony count cfu/ml identified as >1,00,000 is there an uti infection observed with this report. Do I need to take any antibiotic for this as report suggest that amikacin, gentamicin, nitrofurantoin, tetracycline, trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole are sensitive and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefixime, cefotaxime, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin are resistant. Does this have any clinical implications. Kindly suggest.

I am having urinary issues like burning sensation and slow urine stream and frequent urge to urinate doctor asked for semen culture and e coli detect in culture, urine culture and urine routine normal, usg kub, xray kub normal, kft normal, uroflowmetry normal. Doctor prescribed amikacin 100 injection or netilimicin injection and bacstol 200 mg tab. Getting injection for 5 days daily is difficult please advise if any tablet can be effective.

Having urine problem since last 90 days doctor describe amikacin 500 injection 45 days and bacstol 200 mg for 4 weeks after detection of equal in semen culture. As per previous uroflowmetry max. Flow is 12.5 ml/s which doctor says is poor again 5 days back doctor did uroflowmetry and max flow is 13.1 ml/sec which doctor says is average and prescribed solicept and cystopen for 10 days. Please advise. Usg kub, kub x-ray already done which is normal, kft normal. Urge to urinate, urine frequency, burning from anus to scrotum, sensation in anus during passing of stool.

Hello doctor. I got coccyx fracture in 2017 march. Taken medicine for one week and taken rest for one month and I got recovered. Now again from past 1 month its paining allot. Taken physiotherapy and used medicine. But still its aching. Spine surgeon suggested to remove my tail bone. But I am not ready for surgery now. So to get relief from pain, doctor suggested some bone injection- depo medrol & amikacin. But I heard that there will be more side effects from depo medrol. It can cause high blood sugar and reduce the body power to fight with infection. So kindly let me know whether I should take above medicine or not. Also if there is any other suggestion also kindly inform me.

Hi my 3 years daughter had typhoid recently and prescribed for ceftriaxone and tazobactam 250 + amikacin 250 injunctions for 3 days 2 times. Her fever never came back after 1st injection. Also she did not pass motions after 2 injunctions. She was given mylone f as well for 1st two days. She is prescribed for beplex forte plus now and also hepamerz+liv 52. Her spot is 53.5 and sgpt 50.5 bilburbin is .98 today she have done slightly loose motions two times after giving hepamerz. Is it an issue? However, she is now good in other aspects like energy and not getting cry as well.
