its always best to give the medicines under the knowledge of patient, if it's not possible it's always best to get him/her admitted at a psychiatric set up. If nothing is possible then only you can try giving medicine surreptitiously but for a period as brief as possible. You can mix amisulpride with food but it should not be too hot rather it should be warm enough ready to be consumed. Hope it helps!

If the purpose of qutipin is just for sedation than it should be 25-50 MG, if not adequate sedation with 50 MG, can go upto 100 MG in some cases.
Amisulpride 400 mg is perfect dose.

Stop lithosun and see if the tremors disappear, it may be drug induced also. Get a second opinion if needed as the tremors can also be due to joykem (amisulpride) for which a supplement or alternate needs to be chosen. All the best.

It can be taken both morning or night, if there is no sedation, as per psychiatrist advise. All the best.

with clozapine 600 mg alone, if you were good, your psychiatrist would not have added amisulpride. Please talk to your psychiatrist and the family member who accompanies you, about how good you were with clozapine 600 mg. By the way, amisulpride must be 100 mg - not 10 mg as you have mentioned.
