You seem to be having anxiety disorder. Increase in bp is common in anxiety disorder. The medications nexito plus and zaptra are both ssris and work for anxiety, but ideally 2 different groups may be selected. I suggest you get a second opinion from an astute psychiatrist either in person or online. If bp continues to be more after control of anxiety, then we can consider medicine for hypertension. Good luck.

He can be well trained gently without force and scolding him . Some drugs like imipramine amy be used under supervision .Most children sometimes wet the bed at night until about 12 months after they use the toilet during the day. Many 3-year-olds wet the bed at night at least once a month. Nighttime bed-wetting may even occur sporadically into school age.

This type of anxiety is known as social anxiety. Everyone feels somewhat anxious when have to give talks or presentations before a large number of people. But some people have learned specific skills to manage their anxiety. My suggestion to you would be to go for cognitive behaviour therapy. In this therapy you will learn to challenge your anxious thoughts and also behavioural strategies to control your anxiety symptoms while presenting.

Well bedwetting also known as nocturnal enuresis is not uncommon in childhood due to immaturity of full urinary bladder which fails to send signal to brain to awaken the child.
Most cases have genetic predisposition (familial tendency).
Invariably the condition remits once the child grows up. It is uncommon to persist in adolescent age group.
What to do then?
it is first desirable to rule out any structural or functional anamoly of urinary tract.
Once ruled out then following...more

Therefore bed-wetting is a developmental issue and therefore the treatment is time, so for kids age 6 or under, they will most likely grow out of it. It becomes an issue when the child starts feelin...more
