You may suffer from Thrush which s a fungal infection causing white patches and tingling sensation on tongue .Thrush s caused by yeast fungus Candida albicans.
Reasons are
(1) diabetes
(2) malnutrition
(3) chemotherapy
(4) Drug abuse
(5) immunodeficiency
Treatment-treat the underlying cause first.

Increased frquency in urine or polyuria may be due to many causes. If his blood sugar levels are normal, diabetes mellitus is excluded. First water and sugar intake needs to be decreased.
