There are not interactions of having taking the medications with the time intervals that you have given. Although you are not very clear about the reason for having asked the question, there does seem to be an underlying concern. It can be addressed confidentially.

Alprazolam on a longer run is dangerous and causes serious side effects. It is good to switch to escitalopram and clonazepam, but some develop heaviness as you said. You can discuss with your psychiatrist and change to better medications, which control anxiety well without heavy head. All the best.

Hi your current problems may be due to the side effects of the medicines you are taking. So consult your existing psychiatrist to change the medicines. But a better option would be to consult a clinical psychologist and undergo cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which can help you to gradually reduce the dosage of medicines and may be bring it to the minimum maintenance dose.

for anxiety mirtazapine will work, for worsening of anxiety you can take zapiz. ambulax is an antihypertensive and needs to be taken after cardiac evaluation. Also, though mirtazapine works for anxiety it is not the drug of first choice. SSRI or SNRI will be. I suggest you to have second opinion nearby. All the best.
